Bittersweet draw for Alcorcón

There were no goals and shared spoils at the Santo Domingo Stadium in the game between AD Alcorcón and SD Eibar on the 29th matchday of the Liga Adelante. The point leaves both of them wanting more and makes the competition tighter. 

In the first half they were evenly matched in terms of the score, dominance and chances available to each team. Although the armeros had a strong end to the half, the scoreboard remained unchanged until the break. 

The tables turned in the second half, with a sharp and fast Alcorcón having some great chances to take control at their home ground, where they have only won three matches this season. But the target eluded the Madrid side, who desperately sought a goal in the final minutes and had to make do with a single point against the Liga Adelante leaders.
