RC Deportivo de La Coruña, the side with the best away form in Liga Adelante, will look to put on a performance at the Riazor and pile the pressure on league leaders RC Recreativo de Huelva. They will host RCD Mallorca, who have won two of their last three, and currently sit in mid-table.
The Galician side will be without defenders Laureano Sanabria 'Laure' and Kaká in addition to central midfielder Cezary Wilk, who haven’t been able to prove their fitness to Deportivo manager Fernando Vázquez in time for kick off.
Mallorca, for their part, arrive at the Riazor with striker Tomas Hemed, defender Miguel García and central midfielder João Víctor all missing. The Balearic Island side’s manager José Luis Oltra knows what kind of a performance is needed against his old club: “I know the fans, the stadium and the team, and at the end of the season they’ll have more points as home side than visitors. You can’t judge them until the end of the season”.
