High hopes for Eibar and Las Palmas

Matchday 24 of the Liga Adelante brings with it a clash between two teams who are both enjoying the top end of the table. Gaizka Garitano's SD Eibar will host the visit from UD Las Palmas in a match that promises riches for the winner.

Eibar are currently third in the table and just three points from the leader, RC Deportivo de La Coruña, so they will be intent on maintaining their recent form in the competition. Diego Rivas, a midfielder for the Basque club, will be the only absentee for Garitano's team against Las Palmas.

For their part, the Canary Islanders will be looking to get back on track after their defeat in the last match at the hands of Deportivo Alavés. Lying in sixth position with 34 points, two behind Eibar, Sergio Lobera's men come into the match without suspended defender Aythami Artiles, but with the addition of Héctor Figueroa, a player who has just made the leap to the first team.
